Making Decisions in Life Cannot Be Avoided
In life you cannot and will not be able to avoid one of the greatest gifts you will ever encounter. It is the gift of decision making. Your life cannot grow or change without you making decisions. Many people interpret decision making as being events of stress, pain, sorrow, displeasure, inconvenience and confusion.
In these definitions of decision making, you will only find restrictive thoughts, limited creativity and and a lacking of opportunity. Decision making is actually a close relative to the word choice. Choice is one of those words of opportunity that you may find that you are very comfortable and supportive of its definition and purpose. In all truth, these word of opportunity share the same purpose within your life.
You cannot exercise the pleasures of choice without making decisions and you cannot make decisions without exercising your choices. The end results of these opportunities claim one owner, that owner is you. You encounter and experience both the pleasures and the pain of those decisions and choices that you make. Even in its pain, if you are open to its lessons you will find these opportunities are blessings, not a curses.
There are 10 primary questions that will consistently initiate decisions that you cannot avoid making in your life. If you invest the time needed to answer these questions through decisions that manifest productivity, life will not let you down and you will not let life down:
- Question #1 – What does anything mean in my life?
- Question #2 – What should I focus on in my life?
- Question #3 – What should I do with my life?
- Question #4 – What is important in my life?
- Question #5 – What am I good at in my life?
- Question #6 – What is the plan for my life?
- Question #7 – What should become in my life?
- Question #8 – What should I remember about the past, present and future lessons of life?
- Question #9 – Who are the most important people in my life?
- Question #10 –Who comes first in my life?
There is no doubt that the decisions made relating these questions are life changing and everlasting when you invest your best in developing their best results. It is important to keep this one fact in mind, “To avoid making decisions will be one of the worst decisions you will ever make”.
