Russell’s belief in the fact that we all have possibility within ourselves, has consistently contributed to the leadership accomplishments in his career and personal life. “Potential is just a decision from what you really deserve”, is one of his daily mantras. For more than 20 years, Russell has perfected a commitment in leadership that encompasses the legendary teachings of John Maxwell, Napolean Hill, Dale Carnegie, Zig Ziglar, Deepak Chopra, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Les Brown, Art Williams, Anthony Robbins and many more. In the studies of these great leaders he found many similarities. One common practice that carried him through his own leadership development, was that no one accomplishes greatness on their own. In the words of John Maxwell, “One is too small a number to achieve greatness”. The most profound leader to ever encourage Russell’s life and leadership practices was his grandmother, Elouise Mosley. Through her loving and open heart policy, she welcomed greatness into the lives of all that passed through her days. Though she never physically worked as a leader in a corporate setting, her home practiced leadership style, was second to none.
